Korean carrots are one of my favorite dishes! I always cook it myself! I use the same seasonings as you! But I didn’t add red paprika! I'll try to cook according to your recipe! I keep this dish in the refrigerator all night, and the next day we eat it!

What an unusual recipe. I would never have thought of adding fried onions to this dish. Previously, I simply made it with salt, garlic, oil, ready-made seasonings, but something was always missing. And now it turned out very spicy!

An interesting version of Korean carrots. When I cook carrots in Korean, I add super-fried vegetable oil for more aroma and improved taste. But I’ve never added onions and paprika before. I'll definitely try it.
