Soooo.)) the bread is simply delicious,) my husband is Italian, he already appreciated it)) Preparation time: Mix the ingredients and knead the dough - 5 minutes, after 10 minutes I kneaded it on a silicone mat, and stirred in the chocolate for 5 minutes, it took 1.5 hours, well and baked for 30 minutes.))total: 2 hours 20 minutes! BUT: The dough is just SUPER, it’s a pleasure to work with it, I would knead and knead) and the process itself is long only because the dough needs to rise and bake, so you can knead quickly and go do other things)) I recommend trying it! .WITH.
