I decided to make homemade curd mass from cottage cheese. Using ordinary products, a new dish is obtained. I replaced the cherries with frozen raspberries. Added a little sweetener. First, I poured milk into the chopper bowl and put raspberries, beat at minimum speed, and then added cottage cheese, and mixed everything. And a delicate, delicious breakfast with raspberry-milk flavor is ready!
