It took almost two hours to prepare the marmalade, since the water from the apples did not evaporate in the 10 minutes that is written in the recipe. But I didn’t have to finish drying it in the oven, I just poured it into the mold and it froze on its own. Now I cook it with vanilla and cinnamon. It turns out great.
