Tell me, I didn’t understand something, if the chicken needs to be fried, then where do you get the broth???? From another chicken????

Unfortunately, from someone else. There's a lot going on here. Some people are just preparing soup and have a little extra broth, others use cubes, and I always have frozen concentrated broth, which I fill with hot water and use for its intended purpose (I have it in my recipes)

VERY tasty dish! Delicious sauce! I would like to know what cuisine this recipe is from. The name doesn't mean anything - East or Europe. A big THANK YOU to the author from my “boys”.

if the chicken is fried, then the onions and everything else are sautéed in the same frying pan and diluted with boiled water (not boiling water). or first the chicken is boiled, and gravy is prepared from this broth. I’ve been cooking this way all my life, but I didn’t understand this recipe either. In the recipe, the chicken is processed as for regular frying - this is a separate dish. In general, there are 2 recipes mixed into one.
