Parslina, thank you for the delicious jam recipe. The only thing was that I wanted the jam to be thick, so I boiled it five times, increasing the boiling time by five minutes each time. Cooking the jam took four days in the mornings and evenings. This was my first experience of making jam on my own. It turned out to be successful.

The recipe is very similar to the classic five-minute one, but according to the description here it is much simpler)) This summer I will try to close a couple of jars using your recipe. I am sure that it will turn out very tasty)) I especially love it when the berries remain quite dense in the jam)) And the whole family will eat delicious jam with tea on cold winter days!
