I always add more grated onions and a little water or milk to the minced meat, so the cheburek inside turns out juicy and especially tasty. And in your dish, for my taste, the filling is a bit dry.

Very fast preparation. After resting, the dough gains elasticity. Sticks perfectly and doesn't fall apart. But still, I added finely chopped onion to the minced meat.
