I can't describe it. Something very delicate in the cracker crust. You can boil it in advance, as it takes a very long time to cook, and then quickly fry it just before serving. It was the first time my husband ate such a steak and said that he had never tried anything like it before.

I’ll definitely try it, my mother made it when I was a child, but just with onions, I think it will be delicious
