Nut tincture
However, their popularity is due not only to the content of beneficial substances, which, thanks to the alcohol base, are quickly absorbed and enter the bloodstream; sometimes the alcohol extract is used to lift the mood. Recipes for nut infusions are copied from one cookbook to another. They are often recommended as an effective medicine against serious diseases - tumors, tuberculosis, asthma. It is not difficult to prepare a miracle elixir.
Any type of nut is used: peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios. The most popular are extracts of cedar and walnut fruits. The fruits of the latter, depending on the recipe, can be used green, or ripe - in this case, the kernels or partitions are removed from them. Drinks are also infused on the shell. The easiest way is to make a tincture from three ingredients - the main one, alcohol (vodka, moonshine) and water. The list of other possible components and their combinations is regularly expanded thanks to the experiments of folk craftsmen; in order to improve the quality of the product, honey, aloe, lemon or orange, rose hips, vanilla, currant leaves or other berry bushes, raisins, oak chips, cloves, and mint are used.
