Preparing dishes from bread dough or baking bread yourself seems like a labor-intensive task. To quickly bake bread dough, there are several simple recipes. If we cook at home, then we need to give it the shape of a flat cake the size of a palm. Recipes recommend making bread dough no more than a centimeter thick. You need to make a dent in the middle of this cake. This is done so that the bread dough does not burn or swell. So, to prepare bread, recipes with bread dough advise taking up to half a packet of yeast, half a glass of water, and a couple of tablespoons of flour. All this needs to be mixed and left in a cup. Then you need to finely chop the onion. After this, you need to pour the yeast mixture into a larger bowl, and add another half a glass of water and a third of a glass of vegetable oil. Mix all this, add chopped onion, salt and slowly add flour until a dough forms that does not stick to your hands. After kneading this bread dough well, make it into flat cakes a couple of centimeters thick. Place these flat cakes on a baking sheet and draw deep lines along them with a knife so that they are striped. Let the bread sit for a couple of minutes before baking. You can, of course, immediately put the bread cakes in the oven if it’s hot in the kitchen. The stove flame should be moderate. The baking sheet with tortillas should be placed on the top shelf of the oven. 10 minutes after you put the cakes to bake, pierce them with a pointed stick. If traces of dough remain on it, and the cakes are browned, then you need to leave them in the oven for a couple more minutes, no more. After this, the bread dough products need to be removed and left to “rest”, covered with a towel. And that's it, the bread is ready.
