As a child, I remembered the aroma of fresh rolls cooking in my grandmother's kitchen and the noise of family gatherings, when laughter and conversation mixed with the smells of home-cooked meals. Every recipe tells a story, and every serving of food brings the family together. My passion for cooking developed from a desire to explore cuisines around the world, from Italian pastas to Indian curries, inspired by traditions and techniques.
