Since childhood, the kitchen has been a place of wonder for me. Memories of grandmother's pies and mother's treats fill the heart with warmth. Every moment spent at the stove opened up a world of flavors to me - from the bright spices of Indian cuisine to the noble simplicity of Italian pastas. The family always gathered around the table, and I realized that food brings people together. My inspiration is the diversity of the world, which I want to bring into every kitchen. My goal is to show that cooking can be simple and accessible to everyone, and everyone can create real culinary masterpieces at home.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at New England Culinary Institute.
