Remembering my childhood, I see bright moments when my mother cooked borscht and my grandmother baked pies. These scents have always been associated with comfort and love in our family. Dinners together became a celebration where every contribution was valued. Traveling around the world, I discovered a variety of tastes and traditions, from the spicy curries of India to the most delicate pastas from Italy. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone. Even simple recipes can become part of your family history. I'm sharing with you the steps to creating delicious, simple meals that bring people together.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at HTMi, Hotel and Tourism Management Institute Switzerland.
