Since childhood, the kitchen has been my favorite place, where the aromas of fresh baked goods and family dishes reminded me of holidays and cozy evenings. My grandmother and I made dumplings, and my mother always surprised me with her borscht. Every dish is a memory, every spice is a story. As I grew older, I began to discover different cuisines: Italian pizza, Indian curry, Mexican tacos. My goal is to show that anyone can create something wonderful by simply following their feelings and experimenting in the kitchen. Cooking is an art accessible to everyone!
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at Culinary Arts School of Ontario.
