Since childhood, the kitchen has been my second home, where my grandmother lovingly made pies and my mother taught me the secrets of sauces. These memories have enriched my life with a passion for cooking. As I walked past the markets of different countries, I drew inspiration from the traditions of other nations, from the hot spices of India to the fresh herbs of the Mediterranean. With every recipe, I strive to capture the warmth of family and make cooking accessible to everyone, showing that delicious, simple dishes can bring people together and bring joy.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts at Ferrandi Paris.
