Mila Long

Memories of my grandmother's kitchen, where pots happily puffed and spicy aromas wafted through the air, remained forever in my heart. As a child, I learned to love sautéing vegetables and kneading dough, and the family always gathered around the table, sharing stories and laughter. Traveling has given me inspiration from the richness of world cuisines - from the spiciness of Indian curries to the tenderness of Italian pastas. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone and to spark the joy of cooking in everyone's heart.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at West Coast University of Applied Sciences.
