As a child, I always looked forward to when my mother would gather us in the kitchen. The smell of fresh baked goods and the voice of a grandmother sharing her secrets created an atmosphere of warmth and love. These moments became the foundation of my passion for cooking. I draw inspiration from different parts of the world: Italian pastas, oriental spices and French desserts - they all find a place in my kitchen. I believe that anyone can cook, and my goal is to show how easy and fun it can be. After all, food is not only a process, but also a connection with loved ones.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Limerick Institute of Technology.
