Claire Wilson

From my first steps in the kitchen, my life became a magical journey full of vibrant flavors and aromas. Memories of grandma's pies and family dinners warm the soul, filling each dish with special meaning. I draw inspiration from cuisines around the world - from the hot spices of Indian curry to exquisite Italian pastas. Every new dish for me is an opportunity to bring my favorite people together at the table. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone, and everyone can create something amazing with their own hands, filling the house with comfort and warmth.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Vancouver Island University.
