Tea with ginger and honey for weight loss
An excellent tonic drink for those who watch their figure. Ginger improves metabolism and thereby burns fat. To lose weight, it is better to drink tea after every meal. Yes, ginger will not help if you eat a lot of buns and cakes.
This is not the most pleasant drink. But it helped me lose an extra 12 kg. I only drink it in the evenings. But it is better to drink throughout the day.
