Step-by-step preparation

Grate cold butter (or margarine), add sour cream, sugar and baking powder.
STEP 2

Add flour and knead the dough, which is then placed in the refrigerator for a short time.
STEP 3

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out directly onto baking parchment.
STEP 4

Add the filling.

Carefully seal the edges. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180-200 degrees, until done.
