There are many recipes for “potatoes”, but I liked this one. The house had all the components. Mom used to make “potato” cake, I only remember that the “stumps” were hot. Mom forbade us to eat them until they cooled down. There is no need to cook anything in this recipe, which I’m glad about. The “potato” turned out very tasty, I made it into balls.
