I'm interested in the recipe for milk soup with potato dumplings. I’ve never cooked this before and never had a chance to try it. So I decided to make only two servings. I didn’t deviate from the recipe, I just released the dumplings into boiling milk using a pastry bag. It seemed to me that my potato mixture was less thick than in the author’s photo, but I didn’t add additional flour, I just shortened the cooking time a little. I really liked the soup!!! The potato dumplings turned out tender and had a very pleasant taste. I regretted that I reduced the portion)))) Thanks to the author for the recipe!
