I already wrote somewhere here that I don’t know how to make meringues. I decided to learn, and I can say that I succeeded. True, my evil oven could not bake at such a low temperature, and the cakes immediately turned brown, I had to turn it off altogether, as a result, everything was cooked perfectly.

I also tried to make meringues and it didn’t work out according to a different recipe. But my mother and I make them so finger-licking, she always puts pieces of walnuts on the baking sheet, then squirrels. My children like it.
