STEP 1
Let's prepare our ingredients. Wash all fruits and cut into pieces.
STEP 2
Fill the fruits with water and put on fire.
STEP 3
Once it boils, add sugar and stir.
STEP 4
Pour starch into a cup.
STEP 5
Pour cold water and stir well.
STEP 6
Add the starch mixture in a thin stream and stir vigorously.
STEP 7
Bring to a boil and turn off. Our most aromatic jelly is ready.

For the afternoon snack I made fruit jelly from apples, apricots and cherries. The apples were found fresh, but the apricots and cherries were frozen. I cooked a portion for half a liter of water. I used twice as much corn starch. The process is very simple and straightforward. But it was new for me to try jelly with fruit. It turns out it's very tasty! Kissel enveloped the pieces of fruit, making them tender and pleasant to the taste. Dessert perfectly quenches both hunger and thirst. Now I will try it with other fruits and berries.
