In Western Ukraine I tried dumplings with salted cheese. Only the cheese itself is prepared in a special way. They take cottage cheese, salt it and leave it for a while, for several days. it begins to seem to deteriorate or something... it becomes a little melted. it is even called prissutym - spoiled. At home, I would never risk using such cheese for food, considering it spoiled. and I would be wrong, because dumplings with it turn out to be very tasty! such miracles
