Compote of frozen berries and fruits
A delicious dessert drink, and at the same time incredibly healthy. Since ancient times, our ancestors cooked compote to quench their thirst and simply enjoy the taste of a pleasant drink.

First of all, I would like to thank the creators of the site for such a convenient resource, which personally, as a young mother, makes my life much easier. A very convenient cookbook in which you can store and search for your favorite recipes. And you don’t have to rack your brains about what to cook. And personal thanks to the author of the recipe - it’s very simple and all the vitamins are preserved :)

I completely agree with Aletta’s comment and join in the words of gratitude for such a wonderful site. I’m also on maternity leave now and I want to learn how to cook something new and useful, and this site is just the thing to help! And thanks to the author for the recipe, today I made a compote from frozen berries, but not at all as described here, I just threw the frozen berries into boiling water and apparently there was not a trace of vitamins left =) next time I’ll definitely cook it according to this recipe !

This is also the first time I’ve come across such a cool and accessible site. Many thanks to the creator, you can learn a lot. And frozen fruit compote in winter is simply delicious; when you eat it, it’s like being transported to a hot summer; the aroma throughout the apartment is amazing. And the recipe is very original, the main thing is that all the vinamines are preserved. You have to try it, especially with liqueur, because in the summer we cook it with fresh fruit.

A very interesting recipe. Right now I’m preparing cherries for freezing. It’s very convenient, I bought it inexpensively in the summer and froze it. And in winter you have a delicious, healthy, fresh compote. The most important thing for me is that my child will receive vitamins. And about the wine, it’s interesting, I’ll have to try it. Thanks to the author for the recipe.
