I’ll definitely have to try it. But it seems to me that it wouldn’t be bad to fry the onions and the brisket a little from the beginning. I would also like to know what kind of spices you use?

There is no need to fry anything. The onion practically dissolves during cooking, and the chicken becomes very juicy. I use pepper and nut mixture for the chicken. If I don’t have it, I just cook it with ground black pepper.
