Break an egg into a plate, add salt and whisk.

Add milk, whisk until smooth.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Dip both sides of the bread into the egg mixture.
STEP 6

Place the bread in the pan.
STEP 7

Fry on both sides. Place on a napkin and towel to remove excess oil. That's it, the croutons are ready.
