Black tea with mint

Pleasant tasting tea with a calming effect. I like black tea with mint more than green tea. I drink it only with fresh mint, but I’m sure it can be replaced with dried mint. I know two main recipes for mint tea. And I like both equally.

Anya Sherer and iri1325, I see you are a lover of herbal teas, right? I also prefer them, since the summer we have been preparing mint, oregano, St. John's wort, linden, thyme, drying currant, raspberry, strawberry leaves, and on winter evenings I brew tea , you can with honey, or whatever you like. Indeed, you are right, such drinks improve immunity and simply refresh the taste. Thank you!

Shura, I completely agree with you! I am generally a fan of herbal teas, I love their taste and aroma! I also prepare various herbs for the winter so that I can add them to tea!

iri1325, you and I are of the same blood! Have you tried tea with dried wild berries? This year I collected a little, dried a little, and used the rest to make jam - the aroma and taste are divine!

Everyone knows that black tea with mint is useful for colds, and it also makes breathing easier and is effective for migraines. The drink turned out to be very aromatic, refreshing and delicate. It is menthol that gives this aroma. My husband categorically cannot tolerate mint tea, but this is understandable, since it reduces the level of male hormones, which only has a beneficial effect on women))
