Wonderful recipe! I can already feel how delicious it is... Moreover, it’s healthy, and, most importantly, the child will like it! In general, I really liked this site. So many recipes, colorful photos, clear instructions - just a treat for the housewife! And the “personal cookbook” service, the ability to save recipes and group them into separate folders, is a godsend. And it's really VERY tasty. It took about 40 minutes, of which 15 minutes was the actual baking. Unfortunately, I didn’t beat the whites well enough, which is probably why the soufflé sank a little.

Parra, you should have taken a smaller mold with high sides. And do not open the oven until the soufflé has cooled down. That is, after cooking, leave it inside for a while. This is always done when preparing baked goods based on whipped egg whites. But it sure turned out delicious!
