Ophelia Evans

Since childhood, I remember how the whole family gathered in our grandmother’s kitchen: laughter, conversations and the aromas of home-cooked food. It was then that I realized that cooking is not only a process, but also a way to unite people. My passion for cooking led me to explore cuisines around the world, from Italian pasta to Indian spices. Every recipe is a story I want to share. My goal is to show that delicious food is accessible to everyone. Together we will create cozy moments in the kitchen, where simplicity and joy work hand in hand.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at London College of Contemporary Arts.
