Pearl Palmer

Since childhood, I remember the aroma of freshly baked bread that filled our house when my grandmother was cooking. Every Sunday we gathered as a family for family dinner, and I watched each recipe turn into a tradition. As I grew older, I began to be inspired by cuisines from around the world: spicy curries from India, fresh tacos from Mexico, delicate pastas from Italy. My goal is to make cooking accessible and comfortable for everyone. I believe that everyone can create culinary masterpieces by uniting with loved ones around a common table and making the world more delicious!

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at Leith Academy.
