Memories of my grandmother's kitchen, where the aroma of freshly baked bread intertwined with the smell of herbs, have accompanied me since childhood. Each recipe is not just ingredients, but a story that brings the family together at the table. Traveling around the world, I absorbed the traditions of different cuisines, from the vibrant curries of India to the exquisite pastas of Italy. My goal is to show that cooking can be fun and accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. Inspiration comes from simplicity: it's not so much the craftsmanship that matters, but the joy of creation.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Innovation and Food Technology at Niagara College.
