Memories of childhood evenings spent in the kitchen with my grandmother remain forever in my heart. The smell of fresh bread and the taste of Mama's borscht filled the house with warmth and happiness. Family has always been at the center of my world, and they inspired me to explore a variety of cuisines - from spicy Indian curries to delicate Italian pastas. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. Simple recipes and friendly advice will help everyone discover the joy of cooking and the ease of creating a real treat for loved ones.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
