Memories of childhood Saturdays spent in the kitchen with my grandmother remain the brightest in my heart. She led me into the world of aromas, where my first pasta and cookies were prepared. The family always gathered around the table, and it was there that the best traditions were born. Traveling to different countries, I absorbed a variety of tastes and technologies - from the spiciness of Thai cuisine to the delicacy of French desserts. My goal is to make cooking accessible to everyone, so that everyone can feel the joy of cooking and enjoy it with their family.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Northwest Culinary Institute.
