Since childhood, I remember how the smell of fresh baked goods filled the house, and my grandmother taught me how to knead dough. With each recipe, I discovered new worlds, traveling through the flavors of Thai cuisine and the spices of Indian dishes. Family has always been at the center of my culinary experiments - we gathered around the same table, sharing stories and warmth. My goal is to inspire everyone to discover the joy of cooking, to show that even the simplest ingredients can become part of a real culinary masterpiece. Cooking is an accessible art, and I want everyone to feel like a real chef!
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
