Since childhood, I remember how the sounds of a frying pan hissing and the aromas of fresh baked goods were heard in my grandmother’s kitchen. Every family dinner was a small celebration where favorite recipes were passed down from generation to generation. Inspired by the cultures of different countries, I began to explore the kitchen traditions of the world, adding notes of exoticism to my dishes. My goal is to show that everyone can cook, even those who have never stood at the stove. For me, cooking is not only a process, but also a way to unite people, share love and joy through food.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Hattori Nutrition College.
