Hera Lane

Since early childhood, the kitchen has been a magical place for me, filled with aromas and laughter. Every Sunday my grandmother prepared a traditional dish, and I watched her hands with curiosity, absorbing the secrets of cooking. Spending time around the table with my family gave me an understanding of how food brings people together. Traveling has exposed me to the diversity of world cuisines, where every serving is a story. My goal is to show that cooking can be easy and fun, making cooking accessible to everyone. After all, there is a chef in each of us!

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and International Hospitality at Schiller International University.
