In my early childhood, when the smells of fresh baked goods filled the house, I fell in love with the art of cooking. My grandmother taught me to cook, and every meeting we had at the stove became a small holiday. Inspired by the diverse cuisines of the world, I travel across countries through dishes ranging from the heat of Thai curry to the solemnity of Italian pasta. Family has always been and remains the center of my world, and delicious food is the connecting link between us. My goal is to make cooking simple and accessible so that everyone can find joy in cooking.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.
