Summer red grape compote
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

To prepare we need: grapes, water, sugar, pan
STEP 2

Wash the grapes and separate from the branches
STEP 3

Bring water to a boil. How to choose a pan, read the article at the end of the recipe.
STEP 4

Add grapes
STEP 5

When the water starts to boil (the grapes will float), add sugar. Cook the compote, stirring until the sugar dissolves, for 4-5 minutes, then turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid and let the compote brew.
STEP 6

It hasn’t cooled down yet, but we’re already reaching for the compote :) Even warm, it’s very tasty! I make this very tasty compote for my little daughter! It's a very good substitute for the store-bought juices she's addicted to! I take a box and a straw from any previously purchased juice, cut a wider hole and pour in the compote! You can't tell the difference by taste! I pour warm compote for the baby. Girls, the compote is very fragrant and beautiful.
