I'll try to cook it today. At the same time, I’ll take step-by-step photos and post them one of these days. Just one question: is there really 3/4 cup of butter? Or was there a typo here and did they mean tablespoons?

The recipe is good, it turned out delicious! The only caveat is that the suggested amount of oil will make the fish very, very fatty. I recommend cutting the amount of oil by three. In general, it turns out such a delicious crispy batter
