So we prepare the berries for 15 minutes, leave them for 9 hours and cook for another hour. The jam is ready.

A good recipe for raspberry jam. I'll definitely take note! Everything is very simple and easy, the main thing is not to forget later that you need to leave the berries with sugar for about 9 hours! But then what delicious food there will be in a jar at any time of the year, and most importantly - healthy delicious food!

Raspberry jam is a kind of classic of Russian cuisine; our grandmothers and mothers prepared it and it is still popular among housewives. Everyone in my family loves raspberry jam, in principle only raspberry jam - for some reason they don’t recognize anything else. My husband says, if it’s jam it means only raspberry jam)) Well, that’s right, it’s the most delicious. So when the berries have settled, you drain the juice, but we, on the contrary, leave it so that it turns out more liquid. So that you can scoop a spoonful into your tea) Mmm... delicious) A good recipe for a favorite dish!)

I haven't made raspberry jam for a long time. In my opinion, a large number of vinamines are lost this way. can be done much simpler: cover a clean berry with granulated sugar in a ratio of 2 to 1. beat with a mixer or blender. and put it in a plastic container (I use mayonnaise buckets or sour cream cups) and put it in the freezer! It turns out such an awesome airy sherbet!
