Useful, in a word, and nothing superfluous. I prefer not to cook anything, boil it and heat it up again. For 1 glass of water I took the following proportions: a sixth to a fifth of a large lemon, a tablespoon of honey or 2-3 teaspoons. A lot depends on honey. Ours was moderately sweet. It's better to adjust everything as you cook.
