Please write what you mean on a baking sheet with water? Do I need to grease the molds? To what temperature should you preheat the oven? approximate cooking time? I really want to try it!

You need to pour water directly into the pan. This will allow the water to evaporate in the oven and give the caramel the moisture it needs. You don’t have to preheat the oven. And bake at 180 degrees.

It took 20 minutes to prepare, plus 50 minutes to bake. I baked it at a low temperature. Overall, it was delicious, but I overcooked the caramel a little. I liked it better chilled.
