I always preferred beer to cider because, firstly, it’s more refreshing, and secondly, it tastes better. I haven’t tried drinking with raisins yet (precisely when they are in a glass), so my question is: won’t they settle at the bottom? If yes, then I see no reason to add it - in order for it to fill the drink with its taste, it needs to be infused, if not, then it should turn out very interesting (drank - chewed). Thanks for the idea described in the recipe - I’ll definitely try it.

It took half an hour to prepare the cider, but it took 10 days for it to brew and for gases to appear in it. And I think the raisins in it are needed in order for the fermentation process to begin. After all, cider is a light alcoholic drink. It turned out delicious, more like soda
