From early childhood, the kitchen was a magical place for me, where smells and tastes seemed to paint pictures of family happiness. Memories of how my grandmother cooked borscht and my mother baked pies warm my heart and inspire me to experiment. I love exploring cuisines around the world, combining recipes from different parts of the world. My goal is to show that cooking does not hold secrets, but is accessible to everyone. Understanding how easy it is to create miracles in the kitchen is what I want to pass on to everyone who shares my passion.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Vancouver Island University.
