Since childhood, I remember how my mother cooked borscht, filling the house with an aroma that warmed the soul. In our family, food has always brought us together: we discussed joys and sorrows at the table, learned and loved. These moments inspired me to explore the cuisines of the world - from spicy Indonesian dishes to the sweets of French bakers. I believe that cooking is an uncomplicated art that is accessible to everyone. My goal is to share simple recipes that help create not only delicious, but also cozy moments for you and your loved ones.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Vancouver Island University.
