Every childhood memory is associated with the delicate aroma of freshly baked bread that my mother prepared in the morning. These moments, full of warmth and love, remain forever in my heart. Family for me has always been the center where we shared not only food, but also joy, care and traditions. Traveling the world, I've drawn inspiration from a variety of cuisines: the generous spices of India, the laid-back pastas of Italy, and the vibrant flavors of Thailand. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone. Cooking is easy and fun, and each plate can become a little masterpiece of love.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Limerick Institute of Technology.
