Since childhood, a special atmosphere reigned in my grandmother’s kitchen: the clicks of knives and the aromas of my favorite dishes. It was here that I fell in love with cooking - every preparation became a small ritual that connected the family. Growing up, I immersed myself in the cuisines of different countries, inspired by their cultural traditions. My goal is to make cooking accessible to everyone. After all, good food can unite people, giving warmth and comfort. In my recipes, I strive to convey this simple truth: cooking is easy, but at the same time delicious and with love!

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Seattle Culinary Academy.
