Remembering my childhood, I see myself in the kitchen with my grandmother, who shared the secrets of her dishes. Her care and warmth always filled the house with aromas that merged into a single melody of love and family traditions. Traveling to different cuisines around the world, I absorb their cultures and tastes, dreaming of bringing them into my menu. The importance of family and shared meals combines science and art. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone and to inspire you to create in your kitchen with a smile and love.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Leiths School of Food and Wine.
